30-Day Return Policy



You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items



Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.





Non-Returnable Items



We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges



If you want a different item, the fastest way is to:


  1. Request a return for the item you have
  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want






European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period



If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must be:


  • In their original condition (unused and with tags)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase






Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.


If approved:


  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund
