Handling Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. However, our team strives to ship most purchases within 24 to 48 hours whenever possible.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays will typically be processed on the next business day (Monday).

Carriers

We primarily use trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services depending on your country.

We do not have control over delays that may occur during transit, including customs inspections or courier-related disruptions.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
